Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour – 1 cup
Salt – as required
Water – as required
Oil for frying
Method:
In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour and salt. Add water and mix without lumps. The consistency should be watery like dosa batter. Heat dosa tawa/griddle and put some oil. Pour a ladle full of batter in the center of the hot tawa/griddle. Immediately, spread it evenly starting from the center in a circular motion in a clockwise direction to make a thin crepe. After some time flip to the other side. After it turns golden brown remove from tawa/griddle. Serve hot along with pickle (preferably Andhra mango pickle or prawn pickle).
