"Eat Food, Not Garbage"

TRUE FOOD image 2.jpg

Foods are directly connected with human spirit and emotions. Food adds to our personality. Food is life and life must not step away from nature. When the food, the body, the heart, and the mind become perfectly united with nature, it leads to Natural diet. Everyone should be aware that always nature is complete, balanced in perfect harmony with itself. Natural food is whole and within the whole are nourishment and subtle flavours. The food and the human spirit are united.

In the present circumstances, all the food we get from the market including fruits, vegetables and groceries are poisoned, half by the farmers with synthetic chemical fertilizers, weedicides and pesticides and other half by the market middlepersons with food adulterations. In the world, few companies are dominate in the Pesticides market and the same companies are dominating in the Seeds market too. Farming with corporate produced seeds cannot be done without using dangerous pesticides. Also, after we consume these poisoned foods, we will definitely fall sick and have to consume allopathic pharmaceutical medicine. Same corporate companies are present in the pharmaceutical field as well. Now, we can understand this conspired poisonous nexus.

Aikanthika is a place for exploring Natural Farming and Natural Living. After undergoing a process of well researched and experiments at Aikanthika, we figure out healthy alternative ingredients and offer here only the tastiest food recipes according to our experiences. We started growing most of our own food, instead of buying adulterated poisoned food. Also, we do barter or get or buy some of our true food from others. While getting food from outside, we do that with cautious and conscious food choices. Our food is evolving towards natural and more diversifying. One of the key activity we do at Aikanthika is Heritage Seed conservation. We have a Heritage Seed Bank named as ‘Vivida’ with diverse planting materials in Rice, Coconuts, fruits, Vegetables, Tubers, Spices, Ornamental, Medicinal and Aromatic and many more.

Nutrition cannot be separated from taste. Nutritious foods are good for human body, whet the appetite and are delicious on their own. Nutrients, Taste and Health are directly related to each other. Nutrition cannot be separated from the sense of taste. Proper nourishment is inseparable from good flavour.

A natural person can achieve right diet because his instinct is in proper working order. A person is satisfied with simple food, as it is nutritious, tasting good and is useful as daily medicine. Unless people become natural people, there can be neither natural farming nor natural food. Doctors take care of sick people; Nature takes care of healthy people.

“Right Food, Right Action, Right Awareness”. The three cannot be separated from one another. If one is missing, none can be realized. If one is realized, all are realized. We are moving towards synchronizing ourselves with nature and in this process instead of poisoned food we are consuming True Food.
