Ingredients:
Lady’s finger – 500g
Onion (chopped) – 4 large
Chilli powder – 2 teaspoons
Salt – as required
Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
Curry powder – 1 teaspoon
Oil – 4 tablespoon
Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoon
Method:
To prepare the dish, start by washing the lady's fingers and allowing them to dry completely without any moisture. Once dry, chop the lady's finger into 2-inch long pieces. Next, heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Fry the onion until it turns golden brown. Then, add the chopped lady's finger and fry it until it becomes soft. Once it's soft, add salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, and curry powder. Sauté the mixture until everything combines well. Finally, garnish with some coriander and serve along with rice or roti.
