Ingredients:
Chana dal (Split Bengal gram) – 1 cup
Urad dal (Split Black gram) – 1 cup
Cumin seeds – 1 cup
Coriander seeds – 2 cups
Cloves – 10
Cinnamon – 6 inches
Method:
Take a kadai/pan and heat it. Dry roast all the ingredients separately until a nice aroma arises. Transfer all the roasted ingredients to a broad plate and let them cool. Then grind all the roasted ingredients together into a fine powder. Store the Curry powder in an air-tight glass jar.
