Method 1:
Shredded fresh coconut – 3 cups
Water – 5 cups
Grind the shredded coconut along with 2 cups of water finely. Take a big bowl and a cotton cloth. Put the ground coconut into the cotton cloth and squeeze. This milk is 1st milk. Now put all the squeezed coconut into the mixer jar and add 3 cups of water and grind again. Put the ground coconut into the cloth and squeeze into another bowl. This milk is 2nd milk.
Method 2:
Shredded fresh coconut - 3 cups
Water - 3 cups
Grind shredded coconut along with the water finely. Put the ground coconut into a cotton cloth and squeeze into a bowl.
In this method, there is no separation of 1st milk and 2nd milk.
Method 3:
Shredded fresh coconut - 2 cups
Hot water - 3 cups
In a bowl, add shredded coconut and hot water and mix. Set this aside until the water cools. Then take a cotton cloth. Put the soaked coconut along with the water into the cotton cloth and squeeze the milk into the bowl.
