Cuisine: Aikanthika's own experimentation
Ingredients:
Green chillies – a handful
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Sorghum flour – 1 teaspoon
Jaggery – 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
Cloves – 6
Cardamom – 1
Method:
Chop the green chillies into small pieces. Combine all the ingredients and grind them into a fine thick paste with a little water.
This Green chilli sauce will not last for more than a day. You should use this on the same day only.
