GARAM MASALA POWDER

Cuisine: Andhra Pradesh state of India







Ingredients:

Cinnamon – 1 cup

Cloves – 1 cup

Cumin – 1 cup

Coriander seed – 1 ½ cup



Method:

In a dry kadai, dry roast all the ingredients separately until they turn golden brown and a nice aroma rises. Then put all the roasted ingredients on a broad plate and let them cool. Once cooled, put all the roasted ingredients into a mixer jar and grind everything into a fine powder. Store in an air-tight glass jar. Keep it in a cool and dry place.
