Ingredients:
Fresh Hibiscus flowers - 3
Water - 250ml
Honey - 3 teaspoons
Lemon juice - 15 drops
Method:
Separate the hibiscus petals from the pollen. Pour water into a saucepan and add hibiscus petals to it. Boil for 5-8 minutes. Turn off the stove and add honey. Strain the tea and pour into tea cups. Add 4-5 drops of lemon juice into each cup and stir with a spoon. Serve hot.
